Our story.
One Percent Consult was born in Lagos in 2012, out of a frustration shared by many Nigerian business leaders — that finding truly exceptional talent was harder than it needed to be.
Our founders had sat on both sides of the table. They’d hired badly, been let down by agencies that prioritised volume over quality, and watched great candidates get lost in broken processes. They knew there was a better way.
We built One Percent Consult to be that better way. Not a job board. Not a CV farm. A genuine talent partner — one that understands your business, vets with rigour, and only brings you people it would stake its reputation on.
